Place desired amount under the tongue and hold for 60 seconds before swallowing.

Squeeze the top of the pipette to draw up the oil and measure the desired amount. For best results place the oil under your tongue and hold it for one minute to absorb. Any remaining oil can be swallowed or washed down with water. Taking it sublingually allows faster absorption into the bloodstream and prevents loss through digestion.

Alternatively you can mix the oil into beverages like tea, coffee or smoothies for a more enjoyable experience. This method helps mask the taste but may cause a thin layer of oil to form if using higher amounts (e.g. 1ml), making sublingual use more effective.
