Changed Your Mind?

We understand that sometimes you change your mind. You may return unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:

  1. Items must be unopenedunused, and in original packaging.
  2. Contact us at Fibromywho@gmail.com before sending any return.
  3. We will provide instructions and a return reference.
  4. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Please note:

Clearance items and digital products are non-refundable.

Opened CBD products, capsules, gummies, vapes, and e-liquids cannot be returned for hygiene and compliance reasons.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is faulty:

  1. Email us at Fibromywho@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Include clear photos and a written description of the issue.
  3. We’ll liaise with our suppliers to arrange either a replacement or refund.

Items must be returned to our supplier for inspection before a refund or exchange is issued. You will be reimbursed for reasonable return postage costs if the item is confirmed to be faulty.


Missing Items

If something is missing from your order:

  1. Check all packaging thoroughly (items may be hidden in padding).
  2. Contact us within 3 working days of receiving your parcel.
  3. We will open an investigation with our supplier and courier. Please allow up to 5 business days for resolution.

Electronics Warranty

All electronic items are covered under a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and mechanical faults.
The warranty does not cover:

  1. Cosmetic damage
  2. Liquid damage
  3. Accidental damage or misuse

If the fault is confirmed within the warranty period, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.


Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be:

  1. Processed to your original payment method (please allow up to 5 working days)
  2. Issued as a store credit/gift voucher in some cases (especially for returns initiated after 14 days or via specific payment methods like bank transfer)

Important Notes
  1. Do not return items to us without contacting support first.
  2. Items remain your responsibility until received by the supplier. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
  3. We are not liable for currency conversion fees for returns from outside the UK.
