All items purchased are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations, and as such you will have up to 14 days from the date you receive the item in which to cancel the order and return the goods unopened. Before returning any item, please contact us via our email or contact form informing us of your intentions and we will provide details for sending the item back. Digital products are non-refundable after downloading. Please see our Returns & Refunds Page for more information.

If an item is being returned because it is damaged, faulty or the wrong item, then you should immediately take a picture of the item and email it to fibromywho@gmail.com and confirm the damaged area in writing such as a broken bottle.
