Can I return my purchase?

All items purchased are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations, giving you up to 14 days from the date you receive your order to cancel and return unopened items. Before returning any item, please contact us at hello@fibromywho.com or via our contact form to receive return instructions and a reference number. Please note: opened CBD products, capsules, gummies, vapes, supplements, clearance items, and digital products are non-refundable for hygiene, compliance, or licensing reasons. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged, in which case we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs once the fault has been confirmed. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If an item is being returned because it is damaged, faulty, or the wrong item, please email hello@fibromywho.com within 3 working days of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue and confirm the damaged area in writing (e.g., a broken bottle). Once we and our suppliers confirm the fault, you must return the item in its original packaging. How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days and estimated delivery is around 3–5 working days. If there are any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
