💧 Directions for Use

Apply a thin layer to the affected area as needed. Massage gently into the skin. Wash hands after use.

Dispense a half or full pump of the cream either onto your hands or directly onto the affected area. Gently massage the cream into the skin until fully absorbed. The cream can be used multiple times a day. We recommend using this cream before you head out for the day and in the evenings to ease recovery.

Start at the lowest suggested dose and increase gradually every 3–5 days. Monitor your body, mood, sleep, and pain levels.

Conversion note: 1 stone = approx. 6 KG & 1 lbs = approx. 0.5 KG.

Use this as a daily total, then divide across the day if needed (e.g. morning + night).

Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Items:

If your item is damaged, faulty, or the wrong one, email Fibromywho@gmail.com within 3 working days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue (e.g., broken bottle). Once confirmed by us and our suppliers, return the item in its original packaging. Reasonable return postage costs will be reimbursed for confirmed faults.
