1. Your Responsibilities

  • Keep login details confidential and not share your account with others.
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to your personal information.
  • Be at least 18 years old if purchasing CBD or vape-related products.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order or account at our discretion.
  • Withdraw or suspend products or services due to regulatory changes, supplier issues, or technical limitations.

2. Ordering Process

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Orders placed through our website are considered offers to buy. A contract is only formed when:
  • We dispatch the goods, or
  • We begin providing the service, or
  • We take payment from your account — whichever happens first.
  • Automated order confirmations do not constitute acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch if there is a stock issue, payment problem, or breach of terms.

3. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched or services activated.
  • Payment methods are subject to validation and authorisation. We are not liable for any delays due to failed authorisation.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership passes only once payment is received in full.

4. Delivery

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days for UK orders. However, delays may occur due to supplier processing, courier issues, or external factors.
  • We use third-party dropshipping partners. If an item is marked “delivered” by the courier but cannot be located, you must contact the courier directly for resolution.
  • We do not ship outside the UK at this time.

5. Returns and Refunds

 Changed your mind?
You may return unopened goods within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Contact us for return authorisation before sending anything back.

Faulty or Damaged Items
Report damage or faults within 3 days of delivery, with photos. Items may need to be returned to our supplier for inspection.

Missing Items

Notify us of missing items within 3 days. We’ll coordinate with our suppliers and couriers to investigate.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation. Refunds may take up to 5 working days once processed.

6. Subscriptions and Memberships

  • Subscriptions (for digital services or repeat product deliveries) renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel subscriptions anytime before the next billing date. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions unless required by law.

  • Digital services (e.g., e-books, courses) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
